Press for ham is used for all types of durable and semi-durable products and is intended primarily for sliced products, bacon, “loins-bacon” and ham. The press moulds were chemically polished and also passivation that protects stainless steel for 10 years. The press is ergonomically adapted, and handling it is very simple. The standard length of the mould is 960mm, but the dimensions and shapes of the mould can be very diverse. The number of moulds is 39 in the press for bacon, and 33 in the press for “loins-bacon”.
